I'm a freelance florist based in the west of Scotland!

I specialise in creating bespoke floral arrangements for weddings/elopements and special events. My style is wild, natural, and romantic —always inspired by the beauty of the garden. I’m passionate about growing my own flowers and foliage at home in my cutting garden, everything from cottage garden roses to unusual blooms you won’t typically find at the market. I especially love using sweetly scented, seasonal flowers that bring an element of charm and whimsy to my arrangements.

I launched fleur by fi in 2024 with the support of my husband who worked incredibly hard to utilized my cutting garden to supply my own fresh blooms. I was making bunches for anyone who reached out and regular orders for a few small independent stores.

I started to take my new found hobby seriously and I went on to study in Glasgow for my diploma in Floristry graduating in 2026 which was a huge game changer.

Since then I've had many amazing opportunities to supply wedding florals, host workshops and focus more on my cutting garden. I still prioritise homegrown blooms wherever possible but I also have access to supplement where needed for bigger requests.

I have a background in painting and printmaking focusing on botanical art. I graduated in 2020 and continued to create in my own time. My love for nature and it's intricate floral structures led me to explore a more hands-on approach as I transitioned to floristry. Creating arrangements that blend design, emotion, and seasonal beauty, floristry allows me to connect more directly with nature and people.
