In recent years I've had the opportunity to lead therapeutic learning workshops at Studio 70, a yoga studio located in Glasgow's southside. As part of their gatherer events, which also feature local artists and foragers, I teach hands on wreath making, flower crown arranging and flower pressing.

Each workshop is designed to be gentle, creative and inclusive with a focus on slowing down and connecting with natural materials. Participants are guided to select and prepare seasonal florals to crafting their own unique piece. The relaxed, welcoming atmosphere allows for quiet reflection, shared conversation, and a sense of calm.
